Refund policy
We strongly recommend that every customer refer to all descriptions, specifications and information of the product they desire to buy from Creative Good Company to make the whole shopping experience hassle-free.
If one of our products arrives damaged we will be happy to help. Please note, we require a photo of the damage including how it arrived in the shipping box. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@creativegoodcompany.com or use our website chat widget which you will find on the lower right corner of our website " chat with us". Make sure to include:
- An image of your defective or damaged product with a description of what was wrong within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Your order number.
We will evaluate your reason for a return within 48 hours, and if accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note we do not refund our original shipping cost. If a package is shipped back to us please make a note of tracking as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@creativegoodcompany.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most of our products are returnable if damaged. Please get in touch with us at support@creativegoodcompany.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges on items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
