Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Canadian Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders over $40 will receive free expedited shipping.

Standard Shipping:

Ships 1-3 Business Days from Purchase,  5-7 Days for Delivery from Purchase -$2.00 Flat Rate (7-10 Business Days)

Expedited Shipping:

Ships Out Next Business Day. 2 -3 Expedited Post via Canada Post - $10


US Orders

Orders over $40 will receive free expedited shipping.

Standard Shipping:

Ships 1-4 Business Days from Purchase, 10-15 Days for Delivery from Purchase - $6.00 via USPS

Expedited Shipping:

Ships Out Next Business Day. 6-10 days  from Purchase - $8 via USPS

International Shipping

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE- Orders shipped outside Canada will be subject to taxes/ customs/ import fees from destination country payable upon receipt according to destination country's import tax laws

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Creative Good Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days on standard shipping. The shipping service takes it from there, and once they have accepted your order, your tracking will update with delivery information.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you receive your tracking code for it to update.

Once it leaves our hands, we no longer have control over your package. Please address any shipping concerns with the tracking provided in your shipment email with Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Or DHL.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@creativegoodcompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns only on damaged goods up to 48 hours days after delivery; if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our return policy pagefor details on how to submit for a refund.
